Turner Ceramic Tile HQ Office is a modern office renovation and exterior upgrade project located in Kansas City, Kansas. The design transforms the existing industrial office building into a clean, contemporary workspace that reflects the company’s professional identity while creating a welcoming environment for employees and clients.

The exterior concept combines warm wood-look cladding inspired by IPE wood with modern panel systems and large storefront glazing to create a balanced industrial-modern aesthetic. The upgraded north and west facades enhance the building presence while maintaining durability and low maintenance materials suitable for commercial use.

Inside, the project focuses on creating a more open, organized, and collaborative work environment. The reception area was redesigned with a clean check-in desk, feature branding wall, natural lighting, and simplified circulation. Interior spaces include updated offices, a conference room with large glazing for daylight access, ADA-compliant restroom improvements, and a refreshed layout that maintains the client’s original operational needs.

A key feature of the project is the entertainment and hospitality area, designed as a multifunctional social space with a golf simulator, pool table, bar area, and large glass garage-style door. The space creates a relaxed and modern atmosphere for team gatherings, client entertainment, and company events.

The overall design balances functionality, branding, and modern aesthetics while preserving the practical requirements of the existing facility.
