The Grand Spa
B+A Architecture is proud to announce the successful permit approval for The Grand Spa, a 6,013 SF luxury nail salon and wellness-focused tenant improvement project located in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Designed as a modern spa destination, the project combines beauty, relaxation, and elevated customer experience into a thoughtfully planned commercial interior environment. The design includes spacious manicure and pedicure areas, facial and waxing rooms, head spa treatment spaces, hair drying stations, reception lounge, beverage bar, utility support spaces, and ADA-compliant restroom facilities.
The overall concept focuses on creating a calming yet sophisticated atmosphere through open spatial planning, elegant material selections, functional circulation, and hospitality-inspired detailing. The tenant improvement scope includes new interior partitions, architectural finishes, millwork, HVAC coordination, plumbing systems, lighting design, electrical upgrades, and accessibility improvements while maintaining the existing building shell.
Throughout the project, B+A Architecture coordinated closely with consultants, engineers, and city reviewers to streamline permit approval and ensure full compliance with Arkansas building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and ADA requirements.
With the building permit officially issued, the project is now moving into the construction phase, bringing the client’s vision for a luxury spa experience one step closer to reality.
From concept to permit approval, The Grand Spa reflects B+A Architecture’s commitment to creating inspiring commercial environments that blend functionality, wellness, and contemporary design.
