Owner Representation Services

Enhanced Risk Mitigation, Informed Decision Making & Greater Peace Of Mind

With so many moving parts to any project, we efficiently manage communication for you. We coordinate, collaborate, and make sure things keep moving forward, keeping your project on schedule and within budget.

B+A as Owner’s Representative

What is an Owner’s Representative?

The Owner’s Representative functions as an extension of the Owner’s team.  They can assist in setting up and managing the projects’ daily operations, from the earliest stages of conceptual design to the final stages of occupancy and post construction.  By working as an independent third party, the Owner’s Representative can evaluate the varied aspects of the project process fairly and within the guidelines of the executed contracts.

Construction compromises the largest portion of a project budget and the largest time frame.  As your Owner’s Representative, we can oversee payments and monitor the schedule to ensure compliance and ensure that quality materials and construction installation procedures are utilized for each project.  We can efficiently manage project communications throughout the project and keep you abreast of all items concerning your project.

If your team does not have the necessary expertise or you don’t live in the general area of the project, our Owner’s Representative Services can offer capable resources and peace of mind to help ensure your project success.
