Birchwood Villas are located in the heart of Overland Park and Lenexa, Kansas. The townhouse complex consists of a mix of 3 Plex, 4 Plex and 5 Plex buildings. In contrast to the conventional design of townhouses, the villas are designed to look like big houses rather than a row of townhouses. Each building contains 3 to 5 units with 1 or 2 floors.
