The project is targeting to design for the senior living group and offer better living environment of aging group. The townhouse complex consists of a mix of 3 Plex, 4 Plex and 5 Plex buildings. In contrast to the conventional design of townhouses, the villas are designed to look like big houses rather than a row of townhouses to involve in the residential environment.

Objectives/Challenges

The project is challenging to design townhouses in the single-family house neighborhood. The townhouse is designed to be a big villa and improve the connection to the neighborhood community.
